Dual Degree Program
Earn a Bachelor’s degree and a Master of Science in Finance in just 5 years.
Beloit College has partnered with the Marquette University to provide an opportunity for Beloit College students to earn an Accelerated Master of Science in Finance (MSF) degree. Students in this program graduate with a BA from Beloit College and MSF from Marquette in five years.
Experience small class sizes and a student-centric active-learning environment at Beloit College while completing the prerequisites for admission to the finance program.
Students pursue a major in Business Management, Economics, or Quantitative Economics during seven semesters at Beloit College while still having plenty of chances to take non-major electives. Students complete one semester through Marquette (pursuing on-campus or online courses), graduate from Beloit College with their classmates, and then complete their MSF at Marquette during the following year.
Marquette’s Accelerated MSF program offers courses in corporate finance, investments, fintech, banking and real estate along with interdisciplinary offerings in accounting and economics. Quantitative classes and training on the use of widely accepted software across industries, are offered to help students develop data management and analysis skills.
Students develop and complete a professional project with the aim of bridging the classroom knowledge and real world and exploring potential research ideas. The public oral defense of the professional project helps students sharpen critical-thinking skills.
