Stopher & Sheryl Bartol Scholarship
A life-changing, full tuition scholarship opportunity for students from the Sun Prairie High Schools.
Each year, Beloit College offers a full-tuition scholarship to one student from either Sun Prairie East High School or Sun Prairie West High School. For the recipient, the scholarship covers 100% of tuition expenses for four years — more than $200,000 that does not need to be repaid.
The scholarship is made possible through the generosity of Sun Prairie High School alumnus Stopher Bartol and his wife, Sheryl. Bartol is the Founder and CEO of Legacy.com and his mother, Louette Bartol, was a long-time English teacher at Sun Prairie High School.
“The many experiences, lessons, and values I gained from my time at Beloit College helped pave the path forward for my success as an entrepreneur and in life. I hope this scholarship provides the same rewarding opportunity to a young student who embodies the mission of Beloit College.”
- Stopher Bartol, Sun Prairie High School and Beloit College alumnus
“We are thrilled by this generous donation from a Sun Prairie High School alumnus that allows a deserving student to attend Beloit College. We are excited to work with the Sun Prairie High Schools each year to identify students who embody the values of the college.”
- M. Leslie Davidson, Vice President for Enrollment, Beloit College
