Preparation

Registration 

Registration will open in July of 2024. Schedule of events will be available soon.

Clothing

Plan to dress comfortably and casually while visiting campus. Be sure to check the weather prior to coming to ensure you have appropriate clothing for the elements.

If you have any Beloit College gear, be sure to wear it to show your pride!

Some events, such as the 50th Class Dinner, can be a little more formal, so please dress accordingly.

Book your stay at one one of the area hotels.

Arrival

Check-In

When you arrive on campus, proceed to the Powerhouse Welcome Center at 850 Pleasant Street. There you will receive your registration packet with a final weekend schedule, campus map, name tag, and more, as well as food and drink for purchase, some swag freebies, and much more. 

Parking

Short-term parking will be reserved for registration and check-in on Pleasant Street at the Powerhouse where registration and check-in are located. All other parking is on a first-come, first-served basis. Please follow campus and city signage for parking rules.

Taxi/Ridesharing

Beloit offers a variety of transportation options. Uber and Lyft are also options available in Beloit.

Stay

Name Tag

Please be sure to wear your name tag while on campus. This identifies you as a guest of the College and will allow you access to campus facilities.

Tailgate

Tailgating parking is on a first come, first serve basis, so please plan to be there a close to 11 a.m. as possible to get a parking spot. Overflow parking is on the surrounding streets once the stadium lots are full.

The tailgate will have food and drink available to purchase, though you are more than welcome to bring your own.
