Holiday Hours of Operation

December 22 – January 3: The college and our offices will be closed, but limited Advancement Office staff will be working and available to speak to you from from 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 26 through Friday, December 29. Ways to Give

Stock: If you would like to make a gift of stock or mutual funds, please contact Leslie Beeler at 608-363-2632 or stock@beloit.edu. To count for the end of the calendar year, stocks must arrive in Beloit’s brokerage account by December 31. Gifts of mutual funds can take two weeks or more to complete, so please leave plenty of time for processing gifts of mutual funds.

Checks: For checks or money orders sent through the mail the IRS recognizes the postmark as the date the gift was made. Gifts made by check must be postmarked no later than December 31, 2023 to count for the end of the calendar year. Gifts by check or money order may be mailed to:

Credit Cards: The date your account is debited is considered the date of the donation. In order to receive a 2023 charitable income tax deduction, credit card gifts must be processed against your account in 2023. You can make a gift online using your VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express debit/credit card or using Apple Pay, PayPal, or Venmo on or before 11:59 pm (CST), December 31, 2023. To give with Apple Pay or Venmo, please give through the form on a mobile device. PayPal is available on all devices.
