Get ready to vote in the Feb. 21 Supreme Court primary

The Wisconsin Supreme Court election is coming up fast. The primary, which is Feb. 21, will narrow the four candidates to two. The general election is April 4.  The Why Bother, Wisconsin? campaign urges everyone to get informed and vote.

Supreme Court Election Primary: Tuesday, Feb. 21 

With important issues ranging from voting rights to reproductive health on the political agenda, make sure your voice is heard. This election will determine which two of the four candidates will move on to the April 4 general election.

Cast your ballot: 

  • In-person on Tuesday, Feb. 21. The city has combined polling places for this election. Beloit College students registered under their college address will vote at Central Christian Church, 2460 Milwaukee Road. The polls are open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. College shuttles will be available for election day transportation.
  • In-person absentee: Vote 8:30 a.m.-4 p.m. weekdays Feb. 7- 17 at Beloit City Hall, 100 State St. (2nd floor). Absentee ballots must be in the clerk’s office by 8 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 21.

Supreme Court General Election: Tuesday, April 4 -  Poll location-Central Christian Church, 2460 Milwaukee Road

This election will determine which of the two candidates selected on Feb. 21 will sit on the Wisconsin Supreme Court for the next 10 years.
