Hello Beloiters! We’re pleased to share some exciting news from U.S. News & Report, which has once again recognized Beloit College in its 2024 Best Colleges rankings.

We have again secured our place among the top 100 liberal arts colleges in the nation. It’s a nod to the dedication and hard work of our community.

Beyond this recognition, our college has earned high marks in categories like First-Year Experience, Social Mobility, and Value. These achievements reflect our ongoing commitment to providing an excellent educational experience.

But that’s not all. We’ve garnered attention from other respected publications:

  • New York Times recognized Beloit for our efforts to increase access and affordability in higher education in their 2023 College Access Index.
  • Money Magazine has featured us on its 2023 list of the Best Colleges in America.
  • Washington Monthly has ranked us highly among the nation’s 200 Best Liberal Arts Colleges, acknowledging our contributions to the public good in social mobility, research, and promoting public service.
  • Princeton Review continues to list us among the nation’s best colleges, while also adding the college to its Best Value, Best Midwest, Best Green Colleges lists.

President Eric Boynton has this to share about the rankings. “A Beloit College education is transformational, and we are leaning in to our mission to put our students on a path to successful careers and meaningful lives,” he said. “Nowhere else can you get the kind of rigorous education — where students learn in every nook and cranny of the place — that then becomes a loaded spring to launch them into their bright futures.”

For more details about these achievements, please read the college’s press release about the rankings. These accolades belong to our entire community, and we’re excited to share them with you.
