Hello Beloiters!

This Tuesday Beloit College pauses its class schedule in appreciation of learning beyond the classroom. The Beloit & Beyond Conference invites you to share what you learned during study abroad, internships, job-shadowing placements, volunteering and other forms of community engagement, and in leadership positions on campus and in the community.

Not presenting? Attend! These sessions are a great way to find out how to make the most of your time at Beloit College. Choose sessions you’re interested in, and topics you don’t know anything about – there’s plenty to learn! Plan your schedule today!

“The Beloit and Beyond Conference is where I support my friends, hear from my peers’ research/ experience, and sometimes present my own learning experiences as well. It’s super helpful as I can attend any sessions that are not tied to my major, but got interested in the topic itself. I’ve attended this for the past three years and really appreciate that Beloit still keeps this tradition alive.” —Julie Bach ’26

Get ready for Tuesday’s Beloit & Beyond with Monday’s Local to Global Career Fair, where employers and community partners will be present to talk to you about internships, jobs, and volunteer opportunities. No matter your major or class year, you are welcome! Stop by the Science Center Atrium on Monday, Nov. 3 from 5-7 p.m.
