Hello Beloiters!

This year we celebrate Black History Month’s 50th anniversary!

Black History Month evolved from “Negro History Week,” established by Dr. Carter G. Woodson in 1926. Starting today, join Black Students United for a fun-filled week full of SPIRIT.

  • Monday - Pajama Day
  • Tuesday - Decades Day
  • Wednesday - Black Excellence Day
  • Thursday - Dress for Love Day
  • Friday - Black Out Day

Keep that spirit going throughout February with a series of Black Students United (BSU) sponsored events:

Honor the accomplishments of Black Americans, learn more, and reflect on how much richer our lives are because of our diverse community!
