Preparing for Arrival

In addition to attending summer orientation and registering for courses, there are some other summer to-dos to ensure your smooth transition to campus.

For example, in order to effectively advise you during course registration, we need to finalize any transfer credit, and in order to ensure medical care on campus, we need your medical history and health insurance.

We’ve created a checklist for you. Look through all of the sections to get a sense for what you’ll eventually need to complete. Note the deadlines. Ask questions if you have them and know that we’ll cover lots of these topics during Summer Orientation!

Then head over to the First Steps page to apply for housing and be matched with your Advanced Mentoring Program faculty advisor.

While the vast majority of the information in these pages applies to all new students, we’ve also compiled some specific information for International Students, Exchange Students, Transfer Students, and Commuting Students.

Get started on the paperwork

Your username and temporary password will be emailed to you once you send in your deposit.

In addition to the resources here, there is specific information for international students (with F1 or J1 visas) available from the Office of International Education

Transfer students, we’ll reach out to you with any special information about orientation and advising.
