What is Ancient Mediterranean Studies?

The ancient Mediterranean studies minor introduces you to the languages, literature, history, and cultural life of ancient Greece and Rome. You will examine myths, texts, artifacts, and social systems while learning how classical ideas continue to influence politics, art, religion, and storytelling today.
