Regional Tuition Program Pricing Details
Beloit College Tuition is the same for all students.
Beloit’s regional tuition programs represent a guarantee of the maximum amount a qualifying student will be asked to pay after financial aid consisting of a combination of scholarships and grants. Students with significant financial need may qualify for support that exceeds this guarantee.
Institutions set and announce annual tuition rates at different times of year. To give you cost transparency and clarity when you need it, Beloit shares official financial aid offers with admitted students before tuition prices are announced at the regional flagships whose prices we are matching.
In order to account for this, we set our pricing guarantee by matching last year’s flagship tuition with last year’s Beloit College tuition and then adding Beloit’s year over year tuition increase to that rate. We then add Beloit College room, meals, and fees (which all compare favorably to flagship costs) to reach a final pricing guarantee. Each year at Beloit, your price will be calculated this way — comparing prior year tuition prices and then adding Beloit’s increase.
- Additional variable charges to anticipate include the costs for books, supplies, health insurance, personal expenses, and transportation. For estimates of all expenses, see Cost of Attendance.
- Eligible students must have been state residents for at least 12 months before enrollment and complete the FAFSA annually by April 1.
- For dependent students, residency is based on the custodial parent(s)’ state residency on the FAFSA. Residency for independent students is based on their permanent address on the FAFSA.
