Register to use campus storage over summer
International students, as well as students studying abroad or who live more than 1000 miles from Beloit College, are eligible to use campus storage over the summer. Space is provided first come, first served, so please complete the storage interest form as soon as possible before March 28.
Timeline
- Monday, January 20: Interest form for Summer Storage opens, complete early for best chance to get storage
- Monday, March 3: First round of storage contracts sent to students who registered. Contracts must be signed and returned ASAP.
- Friday, March 28: Interest form closes.
- Friday, March 28: Second round of storage contracts sent to students who registered per space availability. Contracts must be signed and returned ASAP.
- Monday, April 7: Assigned Storage slots sent out to students.
- Monday April 14: Students can begin placing boxes in storage.
Note
Porter Hall storage will be cleared out as of March 1st, 2025. Please move out any belongings you have there by coming to Reslife as soon as possible during office hours. For the Summer 2025 term, Whitney storage will be used, not Porter.
