What is the purpose of the conference?
The Beloit and Beyond Conference is about showcasing and encouraging student learning experiences beyond the classroom, experiences that enhance your education and help you prepare for a fulfilling career and life after Beloit. These experiential learning opportunities include…

- other community-based learning experiences
What format may the sessions take?
The conference accommodates a variety of formats for participation—from conference style presentations, to panel discussions, to poster presentations, performances, and more; feel free to share any suggestions you might have in this regard.
May I present with others in a session?
Yes, you may split a 20-minute slot with a peer. Larger groups will be given a longer slot or multiple 20-minute slots.
What do I need to do once nominated?
Once you get an email from me stating you have been nominated, go to the site and indicate whether you plan to participate or not. You then will need to start working on your abstract and submit it by the deadline. (See below.) If you have questions about how to write or include in an abstract, contact me. I will be happy to help.
Will participation in the conference appear on my transcript?
