This year winter housing is available for International students who can not return home, athletes with housing requested by the Athletic Dept., students with departure/arrival challenges on each end of break, and students working for a department.

The cost of stay is $34.56 a day which includes meals, open from December 12-21 and January 5-12. Meal plan is mandatory for all students staying unless you are currently exempt.

Fill out this form no later than Friday, Dec. 5 at 5 p.m. to make Beloit College and Residential Life aware of your plans. Any person who doesn’t fill out this form will lose access to their building on Friday, December 12, 2025 at 5pm.

• Dec. 12 - Lunch is the last meal for the fall semester on the board plan.
• Dec. 12 - 21 Meals are served at Hamiltons in the Powerhouse.

• Dec. 22 - Jan. 4 - All foodservice is closed.
• Jan. 5 - 11 - Winter hours resume.
• Jan. 12 - Regular hours start.
• Jan. 16 - Spring semester board plans start at dinner.
• Jan. 19 - D.K.’s opens.
