Here at Beloit, we’ve got a Campus Calendar, Announcements on the For Beloiter site, a Student Mailing List you can send to, and Digital Signage

Beloit College provides the following promotional tools:

1. Add your Events to the Campus Calendar: All approved events appear on the campus calendar, with potential for inclusion on For Beloiters and the weekly Beloiter’s Beat newsletter.
2. Add an Announcement to For Beloiters: For non-event opportunities like contest submissions, field trip sign-ups, and more. Your opportunity may also be featured in the weekly Beloiter’s Beat newsletter.
3. Email all students using the Student Mailing List: You can get your message in the inbox of every student up to three times for each event or opportunity. Promote early to make use of all three messages, and send your last message 1-2 days beforehand to ensure students see it in time.
4. Include your posters on Digital Signage: Get more out of your poster by having it appear on screens placed in high-traffic places across campus for a week or more. Consider creating your posters in landscape orientation from the start so they’re also ready for Digital Signage.
