For each course, students will get an emailed invitation that includes a link. 

Professors are expected to give students class time to respond, and students are expected to use it (so save the email until class time if you get it early). 

Course evaluations provide students with the opportunity to reflect on their experience in this course, and also provide the college with important feedback about the quality of its courses and professors.

What students submit is anonymous. No one can tie a response to a particular student (unless the substance of a student’s comments would identify them).

Responses will be read by the course instructor and also the instructor’s department chair. They may also be read by the Faculty Status and Performance Committee and the Dean of the College when a professor is being considered for promotions.

If for some reason a student does not complete the evaluations in class, they may respond on their own time until midnight on Thursday, April 30.
