Upward momentum in the rankings

Beloit moved up five spots on the U.S. News & World Report national list of top liberal arts colleges in its “2022 Best College Rankings” and continued to receive top rankings in several foundational categories, including undergraduate teaching, first-year experience, and value.

For the second consecutive year, Beloit was ranked in the top 10 most innovative liberal arts colleges, a category based on peer review and nominations by other top college officials.

Beloit’s full rankings, awarded in the National Liberal Arts Colleges category, are:

  • No. 9 for Most Innovative Schools
  • No. 16 for Most International Students
  • No. 24 for First-Year Experience
  • No. 29 for Best Undergraduate Teaching
  • No. 33 for Best Value Schools
  • No. 57 for Social Mobility
  • No. 75 for National Liberal Arts Colleges
