Podcasting: Sharing Your Voice
The podcasting studio at the Center for Entrepreneurship (CELEB) is open to all Beloit College students, faculty, and staff who have ideas to share with our campus community and beyond.
While podcasting as a medium has been around since 2004, Beloit College students have been making do with their own resources or equipment in WBCR, the College’s student-run radio station.
Thanks to the generosity of alumni donors, the Center for Entrepreneurship (CELEB) offers a dedicated podcasting suite which is open to all students, faculty, and staff.
Located on the second floor of CELEB at 437 E. Grand Ave., the Beloit College Podcasting Studio can accommodate up to four speakers for audio and optional video recording.
Tutorials on the easy-to-use equipment will be available, so no broadcast experience is required. Simply record your session, and then choose to edit or post the raw version to your favorite platform.
To learn more or reserve recording time, contact CELEB’s program coordinator, Susan Rowe.
