A Teacher's Gift by Lisa Madiol Romence '78 Inspired by her liberal arts experience at Beloit College, the author pursued a career in secondary education.

Her book, A Teacher’s Gift, is a compilation of her reflections on thirty-seven years in the classroom, providing inspiration and encouragement to both novice and veteran teachers of any subject and grade level.

Susan Turner Vogt ’83 in February with D’Artagnan, one of 26 wolfdogs she’s rescued and provided a home for at the Red Riding Hood Sanctuary for wolfdogs in Ohio. Dart is a low-content wolfdog, 34% Gray Wolf and varying percentages of Siberian Husky, Alaskan Malamute, and German Shepherd. His blue eyes are most likely from Husky genes.
