Programming Board (P-Board)
Details
The Programming Board shall be responsible for providing consistent and diverse events held on the Beloit College campus. This programming includes, but is not limited to the planning and implementation of three annual events (Vortex, Spring Day, and Folk and Blues), as well as speakers, movies, poets, comedians, performing arts, musical acts.
Membership is open to all Beloit College students regardless of sex, race, color, religion, national origin, ancestry, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, or physical or mental disabilities unrelated to activities. The Programming Board Executive Board shall consist of nine voting members and the Programming Board Chair. Each board member shall serve a calendar year from January 1 – December 31 of the same year. Executive Board members will be selected through an application process facilitated by the outgoing Executive Board, Programming Board Chair and the Director of Student Engagement and Leadership in an ex-officio non-voting capacity.
