In this role, she helps to align the college’s curricular and co-curricular education with developing students’ professional and personal success. In the past 10 years at Beloit, she has restructured the career center to meet student and employer needs, supported the development of the Career Channels program, and partnered with faculty and staff to create a comprehensive 8-day career development online series called Career Accelerator.
Prior to her work at Beloit College, Jessica has been a higher education generalist, working in admissions, residential life, academic instruction, and academic program management. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Creative Writing and Education from Beloit College and a Master of Fine Arts in Writing from Hamline University.
She is an active member of the city of Beloit community and has volunteered with the Greater Beloit Chamber of Commerce, the Downtown Beloit Association, and the School District of Beloit.
