Description / Biography

Ellenor Anderbyrne serves as Chief of Staff and Secretary of the College, making sure that the President’s office is closely aligned with the Beloit College Board of Trustees and with the senior leadership of the college.

In all her roles, Ellie Anderbyrne makes sure that folks have the information they need to make good decisions. With responsibility for institutional research, she is responsible for data collection, analysis, reporting, and interpretation for a range of audiences. Whether it’s the Department of Education in Washington, DC or the Academic Strategic Planning committee at the college, she makes sure information is accurate and available.

In addition, Ellie oversees periodic surveys of students and ensures all students have the opportunity to provide feedback on each course they take. The data she collects supports administrators, major committees, and faculty and staff with the information and insight they need to successfully serve students at Beloit College.

Ellie works closely with the Communications & Marketing team on internal and external communications and serves as the college’s media liaison.

A Beloit College graduate herself, Ellie is delighted to support the liberal arts education of Beloit College students through her work.
