The 2018 Crom Visiting Philosopher David Boonin is a professor of philosophy at the University of Colorado-Boulder and director of the department’s Center for Values and Social Policy. Boonin’s keynote “Sexual Consent and Non-Physical Coercion” presented and defended a general account of coercion and use that account to help answer the questions raised by cases of non-physical coercion.
