Meet Frank Sharp Hooton! He is a sophomore coming from Weslaco, Texas. His general goal in participating in the Funding Board is to help people and develop a greater understanding of the function student government serves for the school and its students. In his free time, he likes going on walks, jogging, reading, and occasionally visiting the Flying Pig downtown. If you see him around campus, don’t be shy!
