Hello Beloiters!

With Thanksgiving upon us, let’s take a moment to be grateful for each other, and for traditions old and new!

Did you know expressing gratitude positively affects your physical and mental health? With just three days of classes this week, we’re thankful for the chance to take time to rest and reconnect—whether that’s on campus, at home, or visiting friends and family. What other things are you thankful for? Take a moment to focus on what’s going well in your life, and enjoy the benefits of gratitude!
