Beloit College Facility Rentals 

If you are a member of the college and planning a college event, please go to the Campus Events section for information.

If you are an outside group looking to use our spaces

All inquiries for use of campus spaces by external groups for events must go through the Director of College Events as per event policy.

Things to know

  • Rentals of College facilities require a contract to be issued and a certificate of insurance.
  • 50% deposit is required at time of contract execution.
  • Total balance is due 10 days prior to the event.
  • Half-day rentals allow for the use of a space for 4 hours or less.
  • All prices are subject to change.
  • All spaces are subject to availability.
  • All non-profit organizations and alumni that rent Beloit College spaces will receive a 20% cost reduction.

    House sound system with three microphone inputs (on stage), basic stage lighting. All technology and controls are located in the control room, just off the main stage.

    AV Staff not included in room rental. Must provide your own professional AV staff for your event.
