Immediately
- June 1 – Complete the Beloit College ID Form: We’ll need some information to have your college ID ready for you when you arrive on campus.
- June 1 – Submit your Housing Agreement and Roommate Questionnaire (F): Housing is assigned on a first-come basis. Submit your agreement as soon as possible for the best chance for the living space you prefer.
Before you arrive
- July 15 – Health Forms: We need to know you’re healthy.
- July 1 – Provide Parent Information and Emergency Contacts: We need to know who to contact for you in the event of an emergency.
When you arrive
- August 21 – Complete paperwork to allow you to work on campus: In order to work on campus, participate in a summer research program, or receive funding for an off-campus experience, you will have to show specific documents and complete paperwork.
- August 21 - 26 – New Student Days: Make friends, meet mentors, and settle into your new campus home before returning students arrive and classes begin.
