Ordering Transcripts
Permanent records are confidential between the student and the College. A student may request transcripts of their permanent academic records at any time; however, transcripts will not be released without the student’s authorizing signature.
Requests for transcripts must be made through the National Student Clearinghouse online order form using a credit card. Beloit College charges $5 per transcript, and the National Student Clearinghouse adds additional charges based on the type of the request.

Spring 2026 Grading and Transcript Information
Current Students: The Beloit College Registrar’s Office will be processing Spring 2026 grades and updating transcripts from Thursday, April 30, until Monday, May 18. Grades and transcript notations will be final on Tuesday, May 19. Transcripts requested during the grading period will be released on Tuesday, May 19.
Graduating Seniors: The Beloit College Registrar’s Office will be processing degrees, final transcripts, and diplomas for May 2026 graduates during May and June 2026. When you request a transcript, you will have an opportunity to indicate whether you would like the office to hold your request until your degree has been processed.
Current students may create a pdf of their unofficial transcript from My Beloit. Here are the steps:
- Click on the “Academics” button from the ribbon at the top of My Beloit.
- Click on “Grades” entry in the box on the left.
- Click on the “View Unofficial Transcript” line under the “Unofficial Transcript” heading.
- Click on the printer icon on the right side of the “Grades” line.
- Set the print destination to “Save to PDF” and click the “Save” button.
- Navigate to the folder where the file should be saved and name the file appropriately. Click on the “Save” button to save the file.
To order a replacement diploma via electronic payment, please complete the Nelnet Request Form. There is a fee of $15 per diploma. Additional fees apply for credit cards and expedited service. Diplomas are provided in virtual and paper format; all orders include both. Processing and printing takes about 30 days.
To order a replacement diploma via check or money order, please download and complete the Duplicate Diploma Request . There is a fee of $15 per diploma, and payment must be made by check or money order payable to Beloit College. Requests take approximately 4 - 5 weeks to complete. Additional fees for expedited service are outlined on the request form.

The Registrar’s Office issues verification for loan deferment, good student discount, etc. Students may stop by the office to request a status letter and should bring in any necessary forms provided by the requestor.
Students may also submit requests for a verification of enrollment via email to registrar@beloit.edu.
