Annual Security Reports

Everyone on campus plays an important role in preventing and reporting crime.

It is essential that we all cooperate with each other in order to reach our goal of maintaining a safe campus. Do your part, be respectful of others and yourself, and report any crimes or disturbances to Security immediately.

The Annual Security Report outlines crimes that were reported for the last three calendar years. The report also contains Sexual Assault & Misconduct policies, Domestic Violence, Dating Violence and Stalking policies, Alcohol & Drug policies, as well as information about the many ways to help promote campus safety. It must be published by October 1st each year.

The Annual Fire Safety Report included in the Annual Security Report outlines fires that occurred in the last three calendar years.

The Campus Hazing Transparency Report outlines any instances of hazing violations on campus in the last five calendar years, with collection starting July 1st, 2025. The first Campus Hazing Transparency Report will be published December 23, 2025

Stop Campus Hazing Act - Campus Hazing Transparency Report

A Campus Hazing Transparency Report (CHTR) must be published not less frequently than 2 times each year starting December 23, 2025 if a recognized student organization was found to be in violation of hazing. The CHTR is not required to be published if there have been no new instances of hazing since the last violation.

If a violation is found, the Safety and Security Department will publish one CHTR at the same time the Annual Security Report is published.

If needed to meet the twice a year requirement, the 2nd report will be published sometime during the Spring or Summer semester.

A CHTR was not needed for the 2025 calendar year. Hazing definitions, policies, reporting & investigation processes, prevention programming, and resources can be found inside the Annual Security Report under “Policies Regarding Bias, Discrimination, Harassment, Hazing, and Violence Against Others.”
