First Time? Start Here — What to Know Before Class
New to Campus Rec fitness classes? We’re excited to have you join us!
• All skill levels welcome — our instructors are great at offering modifications so you can move at your own pace.
• Say hello! Introduce yourself to the instructor—they love meeting participants.
• Registration is required for all fitness classes, use the Campus Rec App.
• Arrive 5 minutes early to check in and grab any needed equipment.
• Classes are 45 to 60 minutes, unless otherwise noted.
• Most importantly—have fun!
