First Time? Start Here — What to Know Before Class

New to Campus Rec fitness classes? We’re excited to have you join us!

All skill levels welcome — our instructors are great at offering modifications so you can move at your own pace.
Say hello! Introduce yourself to the instructor—they love meeting participants.
Registration is required for all fitness classes, use the Campus Rec App.
Arrive 5 minutes early to check in and grab any needed equipment.
• Classes are 45 to 60 minutes, unless otherwise noted.
