Applying for financial aid: Fall 2024
We are processing official financial aid offers using the CSS Profile. If you have not yet submitted the CSS Profile, please do so at your earliest convenience.
We are still requiring FAFSA submission prior to disbursing financial aid funds for enrolled students, and we encourage those who are able to submit the FAFSA to do so as soon as possible.
Read why we’re taking this step to provide certainty for our future Beloiters.
Fall 2024 admitted students
- Once we receive your CSS Profile, we will send you a financial aid offer within 2 weeks.
- Once we begin receiving FAFSA data from the Department of Education, the details of your financial aid offer may shift slightly, especially your eligibility for federal and state funds, but we guarantee that your cost after financial aid will not increase as long as you provide accurate information on the CSS Profile.
- If you have already submitted the CSS Profile and received an “estimated financial aid offer” — that is now your official financial aid offer! We are guaranteeing your cost after financial aid so that you can comfortably move forward with your decision-making process.
Fall 2024 prospective students
- If you have recently applied for admission or are planning to apply soon, we encourage you to submit the CSS Profile when you submit your application. If you are admitted, this will allow us to send you an official financial aid offer within 2 weeks of your admission.
- If you are able, please also submit the FAFSA as soon as possible.
