Group Visits
We welcome visits from school groups and community-based organizations working with college-bound students.
Groups are invited to tour campus, explore academic and extracurricular programs, learn about the value of a liberal arts education, and discover what makes Beloit College distinct.
Group visits are offered Tuesday - Thursday, include an information session and a student-led campus tour, and typically last 2 hours. Please submit the Group Visit Request below at least one month in advance of your preferred visit dates and we’ll be in touch to finalize scheduling.
If you have questions about group visit options, including lunch options on campus, please contact Group Visit Coordinator Tim Rosenthal.
What to expect during your visit:
- The visit experience at Beloit, like the student experience, is personal. Please encourage your students to come prepared to engage! We’ll want to hear about their passions and experiences, and we hope they’ll have lots of questions for us.
- The typical group visit experience lasts about two hours. If you have specific time constraints, please let us know in your visit request.
- Much of your tour will be outside, and Wisconsin weather can be unpredictable. Please encourage your students to wear appropriate clothing and be prepared for changing and inclement weather.
- At Beloit, we believe that self care is community care, and your health and safety is important to us. There are currently no Covid-related restrictions for campus visitors, but we continue to monitor Wisconsin caseloads and CDC guidance. We support and respect you taking any steps you need to feel safe during your visit, and we ask that you please reschedule if a member of your party becomes ill.

If anyone in your group has any COVID-like symptoms, such as fever, cough or shortness of breath, no matter how mild; have been in contact with someone who has a confirmed case within the last 14 days; or have traveled to a “hot spot” area, please postpone your visit to campus. Visitors who display symptoms upon arrival may be asked to reschedule.
