Visit Reimbursements
There’s nothing like experiencing Beloit College for yourself. We can help make that happen.
Let us help cover the cost of a visit to Beloit College.
Beloit College can reimburse up to $500 in travel expenses for prospective students visiting campus for the first time. Reimbursement funds are limited and students are encouraged to submit a request as early as possible.
Secure your Visit Reimbursement in 4 simple steps
- Submit your application for admission to become eligible for visit reimbursement.
- Submit this form to express your interest in taking advantage of this opportunity.
-
Schedule your visit to campus within two weeks of form submission.
(Your visit does not need to take place within two weeks — it just needs to be scheduled.) - After your visit, securely submit the Reimbursement Form and all travel receipts.
Visit Reimbursement eligibility
Visit Reimbursement is for students entering Fall 2026 and visiting campus for the first time. Students must be registered for and attend an official campus visit including a visit program, daily visit, or accepted students day.
The reimbursement you are eligible for depends on the distance you’ll be traveling to campus.
- Students traveling less than 200 miles to campus are eligible for a reimbursement of up to $100.
- Students traveling 201-500 miles to campus are eligible for a reimbursement of up to $300.
- Students traveling over 500 miles to campus are eligible for reimbursement of up to $500.
We are unable to extend reimbursements to students who require a visa to travel to the United States.
