Add a fitness class to your routine

The Powerhouse has a great selection of weekly exercise classes for all levels, or you can work out on your own with different equipment and spaces. All classes are listed in the campus calendar. Follow @beloitcollegecampusrec on Instagram for updates, reminders, and highlights.

Sign up in advance through the Campus Rec app or the links provided in the calendar event.

This semester’s classes are:

Mon. - Yoga at 4:30 p.m. and Dance Jam at 5:30 p.m.

Tues. - Spin at 4:15 p.m. and Strength at 5 p.m.

Wed. - Zumba at 4:30 p.m. and Yoga at 6 p.m.

Thurs. - Strength and Core at 5 p.m. and Jujitsu at 6 p.m.
