Call for alumni award nominations

Classes of 1976, 1986, 2001, and 2016: submit your nominations for distinguished alumni awards by January 30, 2026.

Honorary Alumni, special awards such as the Joe Kobylka ’51 Alumni Award, and the Athletic Hall of Honor accept nominations year round, and they never expire.

Awards are presented each year at Beloiter Days. For details and to submit nominations, go to the Alumni Association section on the website.

Sarah Becan ’98 is a comics artist, author, illustrator and designer, and the creator of I Think You’re Sauceome, a food-centric autobiographical webcomic. Her work has appeared in Saveur Magazine, Chicago Magazine, The Chicago Reader, and Tasting Table. She was awarded a Xeric Award and a Stumptown Trophy for her first graphic novel, The Complete Ouija Interviews, and her work has twice been nominated for the Ignatz Award. Her second graphic novel, Shuteye, was released in early 2012.
