Sports Recap

The fall athletics season is underway! Buccaneer athletes are practicing hard for football, volleyball, cross-country, and soccer. Training is already paying off at the Women’s Volleyball team’s first scrimmage, and Men’s and Women’s Soccer games.

Are you interested in being the person who writes the weekly sports recap for the Beloiters Beat? Apply for the C&M Content Creator position and indicate you’d like to do sportswriting. We’re looking for someone to work Sundays to review sports results from the previous week and turn them into an engaging and easily digestible summary for campus.

Announcements

Accepting or declining loans

Students who were offered loans and have not yet completed loan acceptance steps should do so immediately. Your current bill assumes you will accept all loans on your financial aid offer. Non-accepted loans will eventually be removed from student accounts, resulting in a change in your balance due.

WalMart shuttles

Shuttles are available to take students to Walmart on Sundays and Wednesdays. Shuttles depart the wall at 6:00, 6:30, 7:00, 7:30 and 8:00 p.m. No reservations are necessary: students can simply show up to ride this shuttle.

Dorm supplies available

Struggling to buy dorm essentials? Check out The Nest! We have a selection of supplies such as bedding, towels, shower caddies, hangers, electrical cords, clothes/jackets, containers, and more!
