Quint Studer

Quint Studer began his career as a teacher before moving into healthcare leadership, where he founded the Studer Group in 2000. Under his leadership, the company earned the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award in 2010. After selling Studer Group in 2016, he founded the Studer Community Institute in Pensacola, dedicated to improving quality of life through entrepreneurship, education, and civic engagement.

In recognition of his lifelong contributions to leadership and community development, Studer received the Malcolm Baldrige Foundation Award for Leadership Excellence in 2024 and the Georgetown University Purpose Leadership Award in 2025. He is also honored as an Outstanding Alumnus of the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater. Quint and his wife, Rishy, own and operate several small businesses, including two minor league baseball teams, and continue to invest in the growth of their community.
