This page is your go-to hub for everything you need to get ready for your first semester. From key deadlines and forms to tips, checklists, and campus resources — we’ve pulled it all together to help you feel confident and prepared.
While most of the information here applies to all new students, we’ve also included important details just for International Students, Exchange Students, Transfer Students, and Commuting Students — so everyone has what they need to start strong.

Summer Orientation is designed to help you feel informed, supported, and excited as you take your first steps into college life. Through a series of interactive and engaging events, you’ll learn what it means to be a Buccaneer, meet your peers and advisors, and register for your first semester of classes.
Summer Orientation is made up of three key parts, all held online:

We’ve created a checklist for you. Look through all of the sections to get a sense for what you’ll eventually need to complete. Note the deadlines. Ask questions if you have them.
Your username and temporary password will be emailed to you once you send in your deposit.
In addition to the resources here, there is specific information for international students (with F1 or J1 visas) available from the Office of International Education
Transfer students, we’ll reach out to you with any special information about orientation and advising.
