TEACHER, FRIEND OF YOUTH

You have exemplified for more than half a century the ideals of Beloit College: In your position as a teacher of English at Oak Park High School for thirty-six years, you have trained and guided youth in their mastery and knowledge of their mother tongue with such skill that world-famed writers are among your protégés;

As administrator, your talents have been recognized by positions of leadership in your professional department, and in organizations of your colleagues, as well as in the church you have served so faithfully.

You have brought distinction to Beloit College which now wishes to recognize your accomplishments with this Distinguished Service Citation.
