Stanley Donald Noble’1927 DSC
You achieved success in the areas of psychology, social work and personnel before becoming an authority on profit sharing plans. With Sear Roebuck & Company for 22 years before your retirement in 1962, you spent the last 11 of those years as executive director and trustee of the firm’s giant employees’ profit-sharing plan. Now as president of the Council of Profit-Sharing Industries, and international, non-profit association of nearly 1500 companies, you are its spokesman and legislative representative, and you also oversee its technical and communication services. Another Beloit graduate, U.S. Secretary of Labor W. Willard Wirtz, has recognized your talents and had appointed you to the Advisory Council on Welfare and Pension Plans.
