Chemical Executive – Consultant
Your personal profile shows 30 years of successful achievement in management, consulting, marketing, research and development in the chemical industry. After six years of teaching chemistry at Beloit and the University of Wisconsin, where you received your doctorate, you ventured into business and quickly rose to top executive with such prominent firms as Monsanto, and Vick chemical companies, American Metal Climax, Incorporated, and Borg-Warner Corporation. Your vast experience and knowledge made you ideally suited for presidency of the Commercial Chemical Development Association, for direction of American Chemical Society activities, for membership on the U.S. Commerce Department’s National Defense Service Administration, and for performance as a consultant. Holder of patents and publisher of scientific articles, you have served as an Alumni Trustee of Beloit College and have been listed in “Who’s Who” and “American Men of Science.” As evidence of admiration and high regard by your fellow alumni, Beloit College proudly presents this Distinguished Service Citation to you.
