Beloit College has once again demonstrated its commitment to excellence in education, earning significant recognition in the 2026 U.S. News & World Report rankings for National Liberal Arts Colleges. The college proudly ranks No. 16 for First-Year Experience, No. 18 in Most Innovative Schools, No. 45 in Best Value Schools, No. 25 in Undergraduate Teaching Programs, and No. 92 for National Liberal Arts Colleges.
Beloit College ranks in the top 25 liberal arts colleges in the country for the things that matter to students: Best Undergraduate Teaching, First Year Experience, and Innovation. Beloit ranks among the nation’s top 100 liberal arts colleges according to U.S. News and World Report, which today released its 2026 Best Colleges rankings.
- Undergraduate Teaching Programs (No. 25): Beloit’s continued presence on this list reflects Beloit’s focus on exceptional teaching and mentorship, which is crucial for student success.
- First-Year Experiences (No. 16): This ranking underscores the success of college’s Advanced Mentoring Program, designed to ensure incoming students have a smooth transition into college life.

One recent example: Beloit’s nursing dual-degree partnership with Edgewood University allows Beloit College students to earn two degrees (BA/BS + BSN) from two colleges in just four years and at the Beloit campus.
