You will receive your Beloit username and temporary password via email, sent to your personal email we have on record. Sometimes this email ends up in your “spam” folder, so be sure to look there for a message with the subject “Email Like a Beloiter”.

You’ll use this username and new password not only for email, but also for accessing the Portal, participating in summer orientation, registering computers on the college network, and accessing Moodle to get materials for your courses.

We highly recommend that you change your password immediately:

1. Go to beloit.edu/password.
2. Follow the instructions to enroll and change your password in Beloit College’s password system.

In order to protect your private information, as well as the privacy of your classmates, it is crucial that you never share your password with anyone — including family or friends.
