    Billing Statements Released

    The Bursar’s Office will send you your first-semester billing statement, which will provide a detailed overview of your account and outline any remaining out-of-pocket costs.

    Athletic Health Forms

    All athletes are required to have a Sports Pre-Participation Exam, conducted by a physician, prior to the start of a season.

    Beloit College ID Form

    Your Beloit College ID is your key to campus — it grants you access to your residence hall, meal plan, campus mail, and much more. To ensure your ID is ready you when you arrive, be sure to submit your photo as soon as possible.

    Final College Transcripts (Transfer Students)

    After completing your coursework and final exams, please ensure that your final official transcript(s) are sent to the Office of Admissions. This is an important step in finalizing your transfer to Beloit College.

    Final High School Transcripts

    After completing your high school coursework and final exams, please ensure that your final official transcript is sent to the Office of Admissions. This is an important step in finalizing your enrollment at Beloit College.

    Health Insurance Waiver

    To ensure all students have health coverage, Beloit College automatically enrolls students in the college’s health insurance plan at their own expense. Domestic students with comparable coverage may waive this plan by submitting an opt-out request.

    Sexual Violence and Hazing Prevention Awareness Assignments

    As part of our commitment to creating a safe, respectful, and healthy campus community, all students are required to complete tutorials on awareness and prevention of sexual assault and hazing before arriving on campus. This important resource helps you start your college journey informed and empowered.

    Student Immunization Record

    To support a healthy campus community, all students are required to complete and submit proof of immunizations in accordance with Wisconsin law and Beloit College policy.

    Once your flights are booked, please share your travel details so we can get ready to welcome you to campus.

    Use of Preferred Name on Campus Form [Optional]

    At Beloit, we’re committed to fostering an open, inclusive, and respectful campus community. Students, faculty, and staff are welcome to use a preferred first and/or middle name in place of their legal name wherever possible across campus systems and communications.

    FERPA Student Records Release [Optional]

    A student’s academic and financial information are protected under federal law, so Beloit College can only discuss details with the student. However, students may choose to grant access to a parent, guardian, or other trusted individual to view and discuss their academic and/or financial records with Beloit College.

    Financial Aid Loans: Beloit College & Strong

    If you’ve accepted Beloit College or Strong financial aid loans, you’ll need to complete loan counseling and submit a Master Promissory Note (MPN) before funds can be disbursed.

    Financial Aid Loans: Direct & PLUS

    If you’ve accepted Direct or PLUS loans, you’ll need to complete loan counseling and sign a Master Promissory Note (MPN) to finalize your aid.

    Pay Tuition or Set Up a Payment Plan

    To stay on track for the semester, be sure your tuition is paid in full or that you’ve set up a payment plan. This needs to be in place before you can start classes or request transcripts.

    Tuition Insurance Plan [Optional]

    To help protect your investment in your education, you have the option to purchase tuition insurance. This coverage can provide valuable peace of mind by offering reimbursement if you need to withdraw from the semester due to a medical illness.
