At Beloit, we’re committed to fostering an open, inclusive, and respectful campus community. Students, faculty, and staff are welcome to use a preferred first and/or middle name in place of their legal name wherever possible across campus systems and communications.

To ensure that your preferred name appears in a timely manner on class rosters, in Moodle, and throughout My Beloit, we encourage you to submit your request as soon as possible.
