All new international students should plan to arrive to Beloit College on August 15. We know there aren’t always numerous options for international flights, but if possible, please try to arrive on campus during daylight hours.

The recommended airport for international travel is Chicago O’Hare (ORD). Students arriving at O’Hare can take the Van Galder bus to South Beloit, IL and shuttle service is offered from the bus stop at the beginning and end of term.

As soon as you have secured flights, please submit your travel information on your Applicant Status Page so we can prepare for your arrival. We strongly encourage you to have your travel arranged by August 1 if not sooner.
