Your Beloit College email is how you will communicate with campus offices and access the resources needed to complete your onboarding checklist.

AP/IB/GCE A-Level Exams Score Reporting
If you have taken AP, IB, or other standardized exams for potential college credit, please ensure that your official score reports are sent directly to Beloit College. This will allow us to evaluate your results for possible academic credit and placement.

At Beloit, we’re committed to fostering an open, inclusive, and respectful campus community. Students, faculty, and staff are welcome to use a preferred first and/or middle name in place of their legal name wherever possible across campus systems and communications.

Summer Orientation: Beloit College 101
Beloit College 101 is your official welcome to the Beloit College community! This two-hour online event (with an optional third hour) is required for new students and will introduce you to life on campus, the academic experience, and the people who will support you throughout your journey here

Your Beloit College ID is your key to campus — it grants you access to your residence hall, meal plan, campus mail, and much more. To ensure your ID is ready you when you arrive, be sure to submit your photo as soon as possible.

Sexual Assault Awareness Assignment
As part of our commitment to creating a safe, respectful, and healthy campus community, all students are required to complete a sexual assault awareness tutorial before arriving on campus. This important resource helps you start your college journey informed and empowered.

To support a healthy campus community, all students are required to complete and submit proof of immunizations in accordance with Wisconsin law and Beloit College policy.

To ensure all students have health coverage, Beloit College automatically enrolls students in the college’s health insurance plan at their own expense. Domestic students with comparable coverage may waive this plan by submitting an opt-out request.

Financial Aid Loans: Direct & PLUS
If you’ve accepted Direct or PLUS loans, you’ll need to complete loan counseling and sign a Master Promissory Note (MPN) to finalize your aid.

FERPA Student Financial Records Release [Optional]
A student’s financial information is protected under federal law, so Beloit College can only discuss account details with the student. However, students may choose to grant access to a parent, guardian, or other trusted individual to view and discuss their financial records with Beloit College.

Travel Itinerary (International Students)
Once your flights are booked, please share your travel details so we can get ready to welcome you to campus.

Pay Fall Tuition or Set Up a Payment Plan
To stay on track for the semester, be sure your tuition is paid in full or that you’ve set up a payment plan. This needs to be in place before you can start classes or request transcripts.

Financial Aid Loans: Beloit College & Strong
If you’ve accepted Beloit College or Strong financial aid loans, you’ll need to complete loan counseling and submit a Master Promissory Note (MPN) before funds can be disbursed.

Tuition Insurance Plan [Optional]
To help protect your investment in your education, you have the option to purchase tuition insurance. This coverage can provide valuable peace of mind by offering reimbursement if you need to withdraw from the semester due to a medical illness.
